The company was founded by a retired United States Army signals intelligence officer. The standard here comes from a career spent briefing people who had to act on the answer, where confident and wrong carries a cost and "we do not know yet" is part of the job — not an admission of failure.

Continuous collection, standing requirements

Collection runs around the clock against standing intelligence requirements, not a news cycle. Reporting and first-hand social material are fused, correlated into events, and assessed as they develop. When a theatre goes quiet, the reporting goes quiet with it.
